Interested in researching your family history? Your Library can help! Ancestry Library Edition (available in the Library only) contains more than 700 databases listing over three billion names, including U.S. and UK census records, an immigration collection, vital records, military collection, and much, much more. A new option allows you to email records you find, so that you can more easily download or print them at home later.

Don’t know where to start? See our Genealogy Resources page, which has advice, links, and all sorts of other ideas to try. Read our genealogy blog. Or join our Genealogy Club, which meets on the second Wednesday of the month (except August) from 7:00 to 9:00 in the evening in Meeting Room A on the first floor. Open to all, no signup required!
