Home database use troubleshooting

Are you having trouble connecting to one of our databases from home?  For databases available to Newton residents only, you may need to modify the settings on the anti-virus program of your computer.  See our Troubleshooting Tips.

If you are a Newton resident unable to connect to Rosetta Stone after looking at the troubleshooting suggestions, call Rosetta Stone, Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm EST, at 1-800-788-0822 and choose Product Support Assistance.
